I created these colour-in sheets for my own daughter to use and to open up a discussion with her about the threats these birds face. After talking with some of my followers on Instagram I decided to release them for others to use and start even more conversations. To date the Black-Throated Finch has travelled throughout Australia and even to Africa and Mexico that I know of. It has also been handed out by a group of parents dedicated to teaching their children about our planet and the challenges for saving it. But perhaps most amazing of all it has been turned into a beautiful mosaic and auctioned off with all the proceeds being donated to a charity working towards their protection.
